SELECTION CRITERIA FOR LEADERSHIP BULVERDE-SPRING BRANCH

The most important factor in this selection process is identifying individuals desiring to develop and utilize their leadership skills for the long-term benefit of the community.

Basic criteria for selecting participants:

• Individuals with a sincere commitment, motivation, and interest to serve the community
• Individuals who have demonstrated leadership by past activities or intend to seek future leadership roles
• Individuals who have potential or existing opportunities for advancement to leadership positions in their company or the Bulverde-Spring Branch community
• A cross section of participants from all sectors of the community
